Fly Fishing. It's not about the fish. It's about building up our "Wilderness Adventure" and hearing the squeels from the kids as we pack snugnuts and mermaids. It's about A crawling in our bed at 6:45 ready to leave on our trip. It's about the race cars I was constantly fishing out of Wilson Creek after G kept heaving them in. It's about the rush of the water that only comes from an untamed river. It's about the Forest Ranger who stopped by to make sure we knew camping was not allowed (we pitched a tent for our 4 hour Wilderness Adventure and... camping was not allowed). It's about explaining to A & G that slime on a fish protects it and heals its wounds. It's about hearing G tell me the favorite part of the adventure was throwing rocks into the creek. It's about two sleeping kids 5 minutes after packing up and heading home. It's not about the fish; its about passing on to future generations the joy only a river can bring.

BEAUTIFUL Job S!!!!! I love it. You sounded a little like your mom on some of her posts! (That is a HUGE compliment). Thanks for taking the time to share your time and your trip, not only with my grandbabies, and their mom, but with us!! Love you.
