My parents are here to get a grand kid fix.
The weather has been perfect for anything and everything outdoors. We decided to head to Reedy Falls for a picnic. Such a gorgeous park.
We had a picnic, played with balls, and let the kids get nice and dirty.
And here is a rare photo of myself...and my sister....I mean, mom.
This should win best parallel park of the year award! I just had to share. Made it look this good on my first try.
Go on, try it....then you'll be impressed.
Stephen got his pyro fix in the backyard as we roasted marsh mellows to put in our smores.... Allie didn't like them because there were "ants" (aka burnt marsh mellow flakes) in her smore.
Gabe saw Pop throw a marsh mellow in the fire and threw in a couple himself.
These kids are gonna miss their Pop and Maw-maw. Thank you again for another great visit.

so cute! such sweet pictures of your mom and dad. i bought that same yellow and turquoise dress for lilly and mamie this week--i think we always have a couple of outfits every year that match! that is a great picture of you and your mom.
