We are at the beach in Gulf Shores this week with mom, dad and Stephen's mom, Susan. Allie's little body has decided to cut her top molars while we are here....so she has been a challenge. She started out extremely moody/fussy. Then she started running a fever yesterday and is starting to wake up in the middle of the night needing motrin. It looks like the next 2 weeks are going to be lots of fun for us.....

Allie LOVES everything about the beach. Poor thing was wanting so badly to enjoy herself down at the beach when she was running a fever. We took her to the heated pool and she just sat on the steps shivering. I brought her in to the house shortly after that little episode and realized that I had been taking her temp with a thermometer that was no good.
The water was freezing...

Awe, it looks like she had a blast even though she didn't feel well. I'm so glad yall were able to spend some time with the grandparents!
Poor thing! I hope she's feeling better now. Still fun that ya'll got to go to the beach. She's at a good age for that. I'm looking forward to taking mine this summer. I think it'll be better than last was...I hope. :)
