Ellis

This little guy, Ellis, has been a huge blessing to us...especially to Allie!

He was one of Allie's first friends here in Hickory. It was comforting to see her make new friends and settle nicely into our new home here. (We still miss you Pville folk, dont get me wrong!)



Ellis and Allie went to the same preschool last year, but Ellis was in the class below Allie's even though they are very close in age.



His mama and I kept crossing paths at the kid's preschool and at the YMCA...eventually we decided we should get together for a get-to-know you session at a local park.



I remember our first park playdate Ellis and Gabe were tackling each other in the sand. Poor Amanda looked at me apologizing as I'm laughing at them. It's good for Gabe to be around other little boys who like to rough house. And Ellis is ALL boy! But don't let his tough-side fool you....



I can see right through him. He is a pure sweetheart and we are blessed to have he and his sweet family in our lives.
