Our Thanksgiving (in pictures)

Many thanks to our wonderful hostess, who year after year, bravely invites (?) us back. Seriously, your hard work is appreciated and we are forever grateful for you putting up with all of us...we know it is no easy task!

And many thanks to our host, who can carve a mean turkey. And in record time!

You wouldn't believe the portion sizes prepared for our Thanksgiving feast. It's as if there was a little bird squawking at them to make more to ensure adequate face stuffing.

But I won't mention any names....Jode.

There was a Madden tourny amongst the guys.

A lot of playing between the two girls....

The infamous "turkey bowl" played in freezing temps. I think the wind chill was around 20. This was one of the few pics I took, and I was hiding behind a tree to block the wind.

Risk. Let's just say....I beat 'em. Fair. And. Square. My ever so sweet brother in law has a different opinon of the champ. I learned my lesson, next year, I will not get sukered into playing.

Speaking of my brother in law....did you know grown men have snugnuts?

What is a snugnut you might ask? A term created by Gabe that means: snuggly blanket that is not shared under any circumstances.

Not even when your sister in law is sleeping in the non-heated sunporch in 20 degree temps.

C and his snugnut were inseperable. Love you C!!!!!!

And while we're on the subject of grown men.....this one....this one right here....I cannot believe how grown he is. P is now a 13 year old blossoming young man that loves soda pop, sports, girls, and his ipod.

L still loves to play with Allie and for that....we are grateful. L tried numerous times to get Allie to tell him he was her favortie cousin. Thanks for letting her pick on you L. She does love you!

I've got to give a shout out to the blog stalking bubbas. Yes, they are internet savvy.

Our Thanksgiving finale....a dusting of snow. The kids were beyond excited and ate snowballs topped with fruit loops for breakfast.

Thank you PA family for another wonderful Thanksgiving. We love you all!
