We've been in AL this week...
spending some time with the grands,
putting puzzles together with Great Grandma Dot...
having birthay dinners at Cracker Barrel eating fried chicken livers (not me, grandma!),
and celebrating birthdays for a 2 year old and an 86 year old.
(and many more.)

I love the puzzle picture with the sweet "hands"! It's such a blessing to have great-grandmother pictures - if my Mom would just look at the camera, I'd be tickled - sorry I didn't get to see you this time.... We need to do spend-the-night for the girls before school starts : )
love your pictures from AL and the pirate party. that was the cutest cake ever. that picture of yur grandmother's hand and allie's hand doing the puzzle is incredible.
on another note--i am so sorry about izzy :( that post almost made me cry. we just lost our dog a couple of months ago. so sorry.
