We took Allie tonight to get her first real haircut. She has had a "trim" before, but this time we cut a good 2 inches off and it looks adorable! We had to go ahead and bribe her with the sucker, but once she got it, she did pretty good sitting in my lap getting her hair cut.

I had to come up with creative ways to get her to look straight....she was looking at my eye brow in this picture.....

Opening a present...I wish I could have captured her expression, her jaw dropped open she was so excited. It is the Little People barnyard set. Check out her new winter crocs! The video is dark, but you can still hear Allie counting. She has the sweetest little voice.
